I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location. It was conveniently close to the railway station, making it easy to explore the Norrköping area. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a joined shower in the hallway and a workable heater. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options to choose from.
Everything was above my expectations, nothing to improve.

The staff were helpful, you can access the hotel quite easily, there was a small kitchen where you could prepare basic food items, tea, coffee and biscuits where available in the afternoon and the breakfast was quite good. The single room is quite compact, but it offers everything you need if you are only staying 1 or 2 nights.
The hotel offers free wifi but I couldn't get it to work and unfortunately because there aren't staff at reception from about 1pm onwards there was no one to ask for help.

It seemed quite new to me, so not sure if it had been recently refurbished - It's location was very central, only a few minutes walk to any part of the city - Weather was very hot, so it was good to find a portable fan running in the room - Breakfast had a lot of choice.

I was at a conference nearby. Basic accommodation, reasonably clean and comfortable. Only a small hotel and there are no staff during the night. They emailed me the code for the front door as I was arriving late. Breakfast was fine, included eggs, sausages, cereals, yogourt etc.
A bit tatty in places. The bedside lights did't work and the curtain rail was coming off the ceiling. Not major faults but imply that the staff don't check things very carefully.

Receptionist called me already at 7 p.m and made sure that we'll arrive before 8 p.m.
No parking instructions were given. We got a parking ticket as my husband parked the car in Tuesday nigth and he doesn't know any Swedish ( didn't understand the extra sign that said that parking was prohibited in Wednesdays 7-10)

Hotel was good for traveling with children. There was enough space for 4 persons. Hotel quests were able to use a kitchen with cooking kettles, microwave etc. Nice and quiet hotel
Hotel was in the second floor and no elevator.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The wifi worked very well. The facility, although old, was good to stay in. The shower was clean.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The price was reasonable and it was very near my place of work. I have no big complaints. It is a good place to stay without any major problems. The bathoom was big and not cramped. I did not eat the food. It is near a store where you can buy your own food and they give you a refrigerator.
Some of the basic information about the internet connection was not readily transpapent without asking. Some of the staff have to be trained to say, "You have not paid yet, but you can pay tomorrow when you leave." Basic stuff like that when meeting you. Or, "We have internet service like this and that."

Good location, within walking distance from the railway station and the downtown area. Good price too.
The area gets very, very noisy at night. The local residents have absolutely no consideration for hotel guests.

It had a nice atmosphere.
Size of room - a little too small for what I'm used too.

Internet access was great, staff kind and helpful, was glad I could get into my room earlier than the official check-in time.
I would have appreciated a kettle in my room - I'm English, I need tea at all times! (Also didn't realise there was hot water in breakfast room until later). Would have liked butter at breakfast. Printing facilities would have been useful as I was giving a paper at a conference. These are only minor, not complaints!!
